*Emergency Dental Plan - How it Works:

  1. Find a provider in your area from our provider list (select from over 62,000 Dentists).

  2. Apply online you will immediately receive a CAREINGTON Temporary ID BY EMAIL with in 3-5 minutes (check your email).

  3. Schedule your dentist appointment with a CAREINGTON Provider AS SOON AS POSSIBLE during their normal business hours.

  4. Take your CAREINGTON Temporary ID with you to your appointment.

  5. Your Dentists will contact the Sales Office number on your CAREINGTON Temporary ID to validate your membership.

Note: The dentist office must obviously be open and accepting patients to use our plan. The dental office may call (800) 372-7615 to verify your new membership, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Time, and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
