EyeMed Vision Discount Card included at no additional cost.
With more than 40,000 network providers, the EyeMed Vision Care Card gives members access to a large panel of optometrists, opticians and retailers, among them: LensCrafters®, Sears®, Pearle Vision® and other well-known retailers.

The network offers savings on vision care, including examinations, corrective eyewear, and some surgical procedures. Discounts on eyeglasses, contact lenses and other retail eyewear items can be 20% – 40%, including many added specialty options, such as tints, scratch resistant coatings and UV protection.

Note: If you have a medical plan with prescription included, then you do NOT need this discount drug card. However, if you or a member of your household are....
(1) not covered by another prescription plan, and
(2) currently paying for 1 or more prescription drugs on a regular basis,
... then you may find the additional $1 per month to be worthwhile.
About MedImpact:
On average, save 15% to 25% on brand name drugs and an average of 15% to 60% on generic drugs.
